Welcome to the Cairns Road Runners & Triathlon Club web page. Cairns Road Runners (the Roadies) is a non profit organisation providing a fun and sociable environment to promote health and fitness.
The Club meets every Wednesday at 5:30 pm at the Tobruk Memorial Swiming Pool , Sheridan Street in Cairns for a social run. Distances are 5k or 10k with regroups and water stops every 2k or so. One of five different runs around the Cairns suburbs is used each week. Attendance is excellent with approximately 30-50 runners participating on a regular basis. All runners regardless of ability are welcome to attend. These runs are purely social and they are completely free.
We always welcome new faces, and encourage participation within the sport.
