Please note that there have been minor changes this year, which you will need to keep in mind when you are both entering and arriving for club races. These changes are being implemented to ensure that pre-event registration and race day check-in run smoothly and on time
Event registrations:
· Entries for CRR road race and fun runs will close on race week on Friday night at 8:00pm. This is regardless of whether races are being held on Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning. There will be no capacity for on-day entries, so please do not ask.
· Entries for CRR trail runs will close at a minimum of 48 hours prior to race day. For some races, it may be 96 hours (or four days).
· In the lead up to each event, updates and specific details for each race will be update on the clubs facebook and web pages, and will be emailed in monthly newsletters.
On-day check in:
· On day check in will open 45 minutes prior to race time and close off 15 minutes prior to race start. This will enable race briefings to be held 10 minutes prior to race start and races to start on time. Again, if you arrive late on the day, you will not be permitted to run. Please factor this in if you are travelling to run at a location you have not travelled to before.
