To date, we are still without a Race Coordinator for the Black Snake Trail Race scheduled for Sunday 15 May. At the committee meeting last night it was decided, given a significant ultra running event enticing our trail runners away that weekend and the impost of the 34km event with time and volunteers it will not be included in this years ‘Black Snake’ event.
The options will now be the same 10km and 21.1km courses as in previous years, both starting at Copperlode Dam at 7am.
Does this simpler version of the event now attract anyone to assist on the day as the Race Coordinator?
Permits will be taken care of, volunteers will be sourced – you will only need to make it happen on the day! Please respond to this email if you are interested?
